Don’t discard your old or broken
dies, bring them to Our Die clinic where our engineers
can access its current state, giving a complete breakdown of
parts needed, cost and time scale involved, it doesn’t
matter if the die has been supplied by ourselves or another
manufacture we are happy to repair it.
Once approval has been given we strip and replace the damaged
parts (all of which are manufactured on site) Rebuild and test
ensuring that it has been restored to as good a working condition
as possible. This obviously has its limitations but we find
that this is a great short term method which greatly reduces
down times with dies returning to service much quicker, which
in the long run saves you money.
All new dies have there own unique number and are precision
built which is why we are confident supplying any spare part
for any die manufactured by us. |
